As many of you know, our good friends Trevor and Mindy Colby recently learned that their son, Jake, has Muscular Dystrophy.  He recenly celebrated his 4th birthday.  He was diagnosed with Duchenne's MD several months ago and Trevor and Mindy are dealing with so much right now.  They are asking for people to learn more about the condition, support research for DMD, and pray for their little guy.  DMD is a fatal condition... most boys will only live to their early 20's with most of that time in a wheelchair.  Visit the link below to learn more.
